Laxman Jhula, Rishikesh, India

A quick view into the really colourful, crowded and immensely famous attraction for all the westeners who aim to search for peace and that light life away from the cities.

It is said that Lakshman crossed Ganges on jute ropes between the place where this bridge is built. Lakshman Jhula was built in 1939. There are spectacular views from the bridge.

Although, I must say this is not the real picture. This is the tourist attraction picture of Indian calm life.
