This would be my first time when I would be riding to meet a friend who I have known from past more than six or even may be seven years and have met few times. Michael is a good friend whom I met on my Flickr about almost seven years ago. The story behind all this is pretty simple, I have been a travel head and solo motorcycle rider. That shall explain you what kind of common interests we may have. So the idea behind us coming together would just be to sit, talk, share and do some flying flipping jumps up and down the Peak District if the weather permits us to enjoy that. Else we shall still have a plenty to yap about and possibly swap our motorcycles. I must admit, I love riding all the kind of motorcycles and the one he has is a Triumph Tiger which makes me feel that spirit of adrenalin rush on the rough stretches of the road.
Ah, boys would be boys. So I would be riding a non stop about 3hrs to head from London to Sheffield and then the rest as it happens shall be shared brought to you over a period of time. I got to say this is going to be pretty crazy as he is good with this flying and I am good with my sharp shooting skills.
UK looks so small given I have been up and down this country so many times by now. Although Just to give you a rough idea of how far … here you go
Now lets go a bit of South 🙂
more south
A little bit to the North again, North west this time .. Lake District & Yorkshire Dales.
Ah.. the list is pretty much endless because I can go posting here but the point is … “Travel is essence to see, smell, feel and capture” – MB.
But did I not say, world is small.. It indeed is.. as far as you want and farther you can go … Ride
Finally, the day has come and with less than 8hours to go – it is pretty hard sititng in front of my PC and blogging. Being a non EU citizen I had some preparation to do – Arrange the documents. I need a Schengen visa and my visa expires next weekend so I wanted to squeeze the last bits of it – make a journey. Paris being the best connectivity and knowing that this weekend is rain washout in both London and Paris – It seriously did not deter me from not going there. I generally would have gone on a motorcycle but financially it seems I would turn out to be paying more than I would on a Eurostar. A return ticket costed me £165 for Friday evening out and Monday morning in.
I dialed in to a friend to ask her if she is good to take me in and here we go. She is happy to hitch me for a weekend and it happens to be her daughter’s birthday will mean I will be in a full time busy mode. Spend time with kids, play with them and then birthday buzz that will double the joy. Weekend seems set as rest of the time will be in rain walking around the city. I will possibly try taking time out to meet one of the old friend, Fred who I met in Varanasi before leaving India in 2008. Nice little journeys and adventures of all good times seem to merge in this city. I Personally love London when it comes to Architecture as it just has endless attraction in its streets with a mix of old and new. Something have not changed here but the same is what I want to search now in Paris. I do not know yet what I will and what I will not 🙂 is a challenge in itself.
I have got another friend taking me out for the rest of the evening on Sunday so god knows what areas we will go. I don’t know how to speak French but I am sure someone out there is keen to be with a non french speaker so makes my life bloody easy on this stressful point.

Yes, I have been away for a week but to be true there was lot going through this whole week.
First it was a busy week at work and then there was a whole hoopla hop for the APPLE much awaited iPhone5. It seems APPLE has done its job for being in the market much to its appraise. I personally see it is nothing more than a domination of a leader – It is amazing how the brands dominate people. For some £500 for a phone is more important than other things in life. On one hand life of people is all about branding and showing it as status symbol. All day long it is about their iPhones and how great it is. None of all seem any strange if you are so used to it. What to do people – live on their Iphones all their life. They live on it, sleep on it and even have sex on it. My respect to Apple and its users who are so bound to live their life on screens of 4″ or 10″. I had a huge challenge struggling with all those people who cannot stop bragging about their iPhones.
Our lives are sold to all these brands – No one is keen on building people who are self starters. If you are a small business, living and going through its own struggle knows that it is not so easy. To socialize and to understand a meaning of struggle through this period of growth is something only few understand. People are blind to not see or to not understand the human value of effort. In my full sympathy with new brands and businesses – this growing economic conditions are as harsh as one can bear them. People see one sided effort – outcome, not the input that is used to generate the outcome. I am humbly thankful to people who I can share and see how this struggle takes on.
Of from this topic this week has been warm but the days of warmth are well over. Finally with the chilly winds of 50mph gusts of the wind and rain starting tomorrow 🙂
For dear Brenda, Here are some from this morning 🙂

On the other hand, I am finally heading to Paris for a nice weekend. Hopefully this way I will be sharing my second Paris experience with you.
For the rest of the things, this weekend was a great one to watch my favourite racer on the podium grabbing his second win of the season. Things have been amazing and so is this past weekend.
I wish you all a good week ahead 🙂 smiles n power through the next workweek.
Sending you love and happiness to all out there.
For once in a year we do get a great weekend where some of us can roam nude 🙂
Yes, it is the warmest day of the year in Britain.
Continuing from where I left on my last blog, the cravings are killing me to express the weekend that I have had so far.
Not that it has been super great but I am living it so far, a little low with sore throat and mild signs of fever but nonetheless since Friday evening I have had an amazing beginning to this weekend. A week long killing of my eyes digging into the screen and waiting for the friday – A friday. I have been looking to meet a new friend not so old basically and we just met few months back as acquintances. She hails from Japan a bit of culture difference but more or less its was a nice evening over the table and walking, talking endlessly to her questions of my home land. Simply pleasant at times when some one you meet and talk about things which are not directly killing you in the line of your answers. I enjoy doing things that I do and I do love doing what I enjoy.
In all this while I have tackling to deal my sore throat but thats another bit of the story, I dont wanna get into. So Friday came to an end while saying good nite to my girl over the phone and that too is kind of bit everyday activity of my life. Being in a relationship over 1000miles is not an easy going for over five years now. I was looking forward to my Saturday qualifying sessions of home grand prix. Something never imagined that finally has come to life. Ever since I started watching F1(in 1995), there has been days that I have not missed many of these wonderful racing weekends. Not that it was going to be any different, I have enjoyed them passionately. The speed the power runs in my blood somewhere from those times and I still don’t own a car to make it least important I enjoy my life on two wheels and the freedom of sometimes even pulling a wheelie to give me the feel of the power. It was an early morning wake up alarm on saturday to not miss the Fp3 and Qualifying session. Pleasure, to watch my german hero (used to be MSC) S.Vettel who kind of dont disappoint me and keeps me charged up.
Getting out of bed and looking forward to something I have been waiting for. My first experiences, my great uncle always suggest me to experience everything that has not been done yet and I was about to get my first hand solo experience to see the Auction of some electronics, arts and furniture stuff. Away from my home at about an hours ride through the flowing countryside of surrey in Epsom. At first it was a grandeur but as it all started it got quite hot. I was literally not very keen on bidding but rather just being a spectator to view, learn and enjoy the pleasure of an Auction. Besides that was a day of enjoying my hands at a wedding photography something at first can get tricky but you know what when the day is good and light is playing in your favour you could make a day out of it.
About more or less I enjoyed my saturday, my ride and my pictures from the day. But Hey, I am not all about that – theres more to my side of things which were still going in my head. Yes I did went crazy and did not miss a chance to skip my Ace Cafe evening.
Although it happened to be Cheverolet car day but along came the Halloween evening dress up.
Not to count it over, it was just a saturday and Sunday in the making was waiting at large to begin with another early morning my F1 made my day. It simply adds on to watch the F1 sitting in UK while the racing is literally happening 30miles away from my home in India. I am tad emotional on things when I see them and cant be part of them. Hey, skip me on that – S.Vettel is making me happy while I am watching today race. A hot affair and happy to see him lead all the laps from beginning till the end of the last lap.
Relaxing my sore throat, I am just going to do an old remedy now – gargling with salty water and back onto the list of nice movies. Today list : Fairgame, Letters to Juliet and I dont know the third one yet.
& yeah, the clocks have gone back so another change to look forward to. Wishing you all a great week ahead and looking forward to catching up more friends next weekend and Sunday MotoGP last race of this season.
